Lot 76 can be located by going to the link provided and following the directions below:

- Choose "Lot 76" in the " Select Lot " field.
- Just the northern edge of Lot 76 appears at the bottom of the display.
- By clicking on the "S" at the bottom of the display, you may move the display to cover the rest of Lot 76. 

The initial step in the EIS process consisted of a scoping meeting to discuss and identify those key issues that should be addressed in the Draft EIS. The meeting was held on June 18, 2003. Important dates for public involvement are presented below:

• Scoping Meeting (June 18, 2003). 
• Joint West Campus Meetings – June 25, 2003 and August 27, 2003. 
• Draft EIS Public Hearing (November 5,2003).
• Final EIS Document Review and Public Comment – 30 days prior to Final EIS Public Hearing (March 29, 2004 – April 28, 2004).
• Final EIS Public Hearing (April 28, 2004).

The handouts that were distributed at the scoping meeting are available as an Adobe Acrobat file and can be viewed by clicking Scoping Meeting Handouts. Please submit written/e-mail comments on the Final EIS by Wednesday, April 28, 2004. Comments should be submitted to either of the contacts below. Please provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address on all correspondence.
